There’s no pressure and any questions I had were quickly answered.

From the first time I contacted Rove Gunthorpe via email, Guy replied straight away and was so helpful. We travelled from Winchester to Gunthorpe to view the van, Guy gave us plenty of time to spend in the van, there was no pushy sales pitch, it was very laid back and relaxed so we ordered the van that same day.

Over the next few weeks Guy kept in contact with us, to let us know what was going on whilst they fitted a reversing camera and prepared the van ready for us to collect. Guy also sent over videos in preparation for the handover, which were so helpful.

Guy, Charlie and Sam are all brilliant at their jobs, they reply to emails, are knowledgeable, helpful and to top it off so lovely and friendly too. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service.

We have 3 months warranty on the van and I feel quite confident that if any problems arise the after sales team will be as excellent as the sales team.

Looked at a couple of motor homes at Rove Gunthorpe over the last few weeks. It was really good to talk to Sam and Guy about the motorhomes we were considering before we purchased. Both were conversant with the units and able to answer our questions, which is something we have found lacking at other dealerships. The team is friendly and did everything they said they would, again something occasionally lacking elsewhere.

Both the viewings, and the final handover were ‘painless’ and the whole team were very professional and helpful.

I’ve only had my (first) MH a week and it’s wonderful so far, as sold and working beautifully! I wanted to post a review as I cannot speak highly enough of the entire Rove Gunthorpe team, especially Charlie, in terms of the sales process and the customer care shown. They are great at communicating, endlessly patient and take the time to really understand whats important to you, going the extra mile to reassure you and make certain that the van is exactly what you want, even arranging to fit the extras the van I chose did not have. I felt like they cared, I felt at no time pressured. They were super clear from money transfer to handover and everything worked seamlessly. The added touch is the handover process where you are shown the van working in detail followed up by tutorial videos for the times you are ‘out there’ alone  and have forgotten something. My conclusion from my experience is they are great family firm who hire great people, really understand their business and market inside out and understand the importance of customer service and keeping customers loyal!
