Rove! Motorhomes Mansfield are pleased to offer our 2001 Auto-trail Apache 700. This is a spacious 6 berth, 4 belts motorhome that is based on the Fiat 2.3 chassis, has a manual gearbox and has only covered 38700 miles from new! This motorhome weighs 4250kg so you will require a c1 licence to drive.
The rear of the motorhome has a u-shaped lounge, this offers one of the two dining spaces via use of the fold away table. This area is light and with the large windows gives you a comfortable area to lounge and view your surroundings. When it’s time for bed, this space converts into a large transverse double bed.. Moving forwards is the well appointed washroom with a Thetford cassette toilet, vanity wash basin, separate shower cubicle, storage cabinets and an opening side window.
The kitchen is to the left of the entrance and opposite the central dinette, it is really well equipped to cater for a modern family and includes a three gas burner hob with electric hotplate, grill, oven, microwave, 3-way fridge freezer, stainless sink with mixer tap and drainer. The is also plenty of worktop space and cupboard storage. The centre dinette offers the second dining space, four can comfortably dine here, this area has two additional three point travelling seat belts and the table that can be removed for travelling or to offer more space in this front lounge area. This area converts into your second double bed.
Above the cab is the third and largest double of all in the overcab, this area has plenty of headroom and natural light provided. This motorhome is also fitted with a large awning, tow bar, rear camera and also has external shower and gas point, gaslow and solar panel. The cab area has two swivel seats, air con, cruise control, electric windows, electrically adjustable mirrors and also an aftermarket stereo system with built in satnav, dab radio and phone mirroring.

We visited the Selston site first to view a camper van we had seen on line and although the van didn’t meet out needs the staff couldn’t of been more helpful. We sat down with Charlie and put together a profile of the van we were looking for, including our budget. We went away hopeful that we would be found a van before long. Charlie kept us informed of the new stock coming in by email and a weekly phone call and although Charlie had moved to the Gunthorpe site he found us the perfect van. Since our initial visit we have met members of the wider team at Gunthorpe (Sam, Charlotte, Guy and a few of the men from the workshop) and everyone has been amazing and so helpful, including providing copious amounts of coffee. It will be a couple of weeks before we collect ‘Doris’ and start our travels but It’s 5 stars from us.

What a fantastic company the staff so friendly & informative the whole process was fantastic. We originally dealt with Jamie but he transferred to another branch but left us in the capable hands of Guy & Charlie. We collected our motorhome on Friday but Gut sent a video handover on Thursday which is brilliant because although he went through everything on collection I am sure we will forget something when we set up on site. I would like to thank Jamie, Guy, Charlie, Charlotte & not forgetting the preparation staff for all their help in our purchase
