Known for its contemporary styling, clever layouts and excellent use of space, Sunlight motorhomes are designed to make touring enjoyable without unnecessary complexity. The Sunlight T58 Active (2020) is a particularly appealing compact coachbuilt, offering excellent accommodation within a manageable footprint. Measuring approximately 5.96m in length, 2.32m in width and 2.93m in height, with a maximum permissible mass of 3,500kg, the T58 Active provides the benefits of a full motorhome while remaining straightforward to drive and suitable for a standard UK licence, subject to licence conditions.

Starting at the rear of the motorhome, the T58 Active features a comfortable rear bedroom, providing a relaxing and private area for a good night’s sleep. The fixed French bed arrangement offers excellent comfort, while the surrounding overhead lockers and storage areas provide plenty of room for clothing, bedding and personal belongings. The clever use of space makes this rear section feel considerably larger than the vehicle’s compact external dimensions might suggest.

To the side, you will find the end washroom, which has been thoughtfully designed to provide all the facilities required for comfortable touring. The washroom incorporates a cassette toilet, washbasin and shower facilities, together with useful storage, giving you the convenience of having your own private bathroom wherever your travels take you.

Opposite, the well-equipped kitchen makes excellent use of the available space. With a gas hob, sink, oven / grill, refrigerator and practical worktop and cupboard storage, it provides everything required for preparing meals and refreshments on the road. Its compact but functional design ensures that the kitchen remains easy to use without dominating the living space.

Continuing towards the front, the dinette and lounge area creates a bright and welcoming environment for relaxing, dining and socialising. The comfortable seating combines with the swivel cab seats to make the most of the available floor space, while the dining table provides a practical area for meals or entertaining. Large windows and rooflights allow plenty of natural light into the interior, giving the lounge an open and airy atmosphere.

At the very front, the driver’s cab provides a comfortable and confidence-inspiring driving environment. Based on the reliable Fiat Ducato platform, the T58 Active offers excellent visibility, a comfortable driving position and reassuring road manners, making it well suited to everything from motorway journeys to exploring smaller country roads.
