At Rove Motorhomes, we are delighted to present this 2021 Florium Fleurette Mayflower 74 LMF, from the beautifully appointed Florium Mayflower range, the Florium equivalent of the Fleurette Magister range. Designed and manufactured with a strong emphasis on quality, comfort and sophisticated French / Italian styling, the Mayflower 74 LMF offers a superb combination of luxurious accommodation and practical touring ability. Measuring approximately 7.4 metres in length, 2.3 metres in width and 2.75 metres in height. This spacious low-profile motorhome has a maximum permitted weight of 3,500kg. The layout provides a generous amount of living space, a central island bed and a highly versatile front lounge, making this an excellent choice for couples looking for a premium touring motorhome.

Rear Bedroom

Starting at the rear, the Mayflower 74 LMF features an impressive fixed central island bed, creating a genuine bedroom suite at the back of the motorhome. The bed is positioned centrally, allowing easy access from both sides and providing the convenience of being able to walk around the bed. The bedroom benefits from excellent storage, with overhead lockers and surrounding cabinetry providing plenty of space for clothing and personal belongings. The positioning of the bed also creates a particularly open and luxurious feel, while the surrounding windows and lighting help make this a bright and relaxing area. For couples who value the comfort and convenience of a proper bedroom while touring, the central-bed arrangement is one of the major attractions of the 74 LMF.

Rear Storage & Garage

Located beneath the rear bedroom is the large rear garage/storage compartment, giving the Mayflower excellent capacity for carrying outdoor equipment, camping furniture, bicycles and other touring essentials.

The garage is accessed externally through large access doors and makes excellent use of the space beneath the raised bedroom. This additional storage capacity is particularly useful for longer touring holidays, allowing bulky items to be carried without taking up valuable room inside the habitation area. Because the Rear island bed is an electrically operated bed, this mean at a push of a button, you can increase your bed height to optimise garage storage allowing for much large items in the garage should you wish to do so.

Separate Washroom & Shower

Moving forwards, the Mayflower 74 LMF features an impressive separate washroom arrangement, designed to provide a high level of privacy and convenience. The toilet and washroom facilities can be separated from the main living accommodation, while the dedicated shower area provides a comfortable space for getting ready in the morning or freshening up after a day of exploring. The clever use of partitioning allows the washroom area to effectively divide the rear bedroom from the main living space, creating a more private bedroom suite when required.

Kitchen

Continuing forwards, the kitchen is positioned centrally and has been designed across both sides of the motorhome. This creates a generous amount of worktop and preparation space while keeping the kitchen open and accessible to the main lounge. The kitchen provides the facilities required for preparing meals while touring, with a 3 ring gas hob, mixer tap & basin, 3 way fridge, grill / oven combi, kitchen extractor fan and useful storage for cookware, crockery and provisions. The generous refrigerator provides ample cold-food storage, making the motorhome well suited to longer periods away from home. The open-plan arrangement means that the kitchen remains connected to the lounge rather than feeling like a separate enclosed area.

Face-to-Face Lounge & Dining Area

Moving towards the front, the Mayflower 74 LMF really comes into its own with its face-to-face lounge seating arrangement. Opposing sofas create a wonderfully sociable environment, allowing occupants to sit comfortably opposite one another around the central dining table. This arrangement is particularly effective when entertaining or enjoying meals inside the motorhome, while the cab seats can be swivelled around when parked to increase the usable living space. The lounge can comfortably accommodate several people and provides a bright, spacious and contemporary environment in which to relax, dine or simply enjoy the views from your pitch. Should you need it, beneath the lounge you will find a space to prepare two passenger seats. This means you can reap all the benefits of the comforts of having opposing sofa’s whilst still being able to travel 4 people at any given time.

Above this space you also will find yourself with a full double electric dropdown bed. With a push of a button, the double bed will lower itself from the ceiling to a mid height and is accessible with a ladder provided in the motorhome. You can leave your bedding on, leave your pyjamas up there if you wish, and at a push of a button your lounge has a comfortable double bed descend upon on to provide a brilliant nights sleep for 2 adults at any given time. The bed come complete with safety netting should you wish to use this bed for a younger person.

Front Cab

Finally, at the front is the Fiat Ducato driving cab, providing the dependable foundation for the Mayflower 74 LMF. The cab integrates seamlessly with the habitation area, particularly when the front seats are swivelled to become part of the lounge. The driving environment provides a comfortable position for longer journeys, while the overall low-profile design helps maintain a sophisticated exterior appearance without the bulk of a traditional overcab motorhome.
