The Swift Bessacarr 596 (2019) is an excellent example of this, measuring approximately 8.11m in length, 2.38m in width and around 2.82m in height, with a maximum permissible mass of 4,250kg. Offering generous living accommodation and high-end specification throughout, the 596 is perfectly suited to those seeking a spacious and comfortable touring experience.

Starting at the rear of the motorhome, the Bessacarr 596 features a luxurious full u shape end lounge, surrounded by large opening windows this and smartly built with storage above and below, this space is the perfect place to kick back and relax. When the days draw to a close, this area can easily be transformed into a large double bed for two adult. However, if you are under 6ft tall, you will also be able to use this end lunge as singles if you aren’t in the mood to make a bed up. The entire motorhome is heated with a wet ELDE heating system however the rear lounge and front lounge both benefit from a 230V habitation Air Con unit. Making motor homing in the summer a pleasurable experience and proving a place to cool off if touring in Europe!

Moving forward, you’ll find the central washroom and dressing area, cleverly designed to maximise both privacy and convenience. Featuring a separate shower cubicle, cassette toilet, ALDE radiator and a washbasin with vanity storage. Being position in the centre of the motorhome is makes it extremely accessible for all 6 people who may be using this motorhome at 1 time.

Opposite, the well-appointed kitchen provides everything required for life on the road. Featuring a 3 ring gas hob with an electric hot plate, oven and grill, microwave, sink, large fridge/freezer and generous worktop and cupboard space, the kitchen is ideal for preparing meals whether enjoying a weekend escape or an extended European tour.

Continuing towards the front, the comfortable lounge and dinette area creates a bright and sociable living space. With supportive seating, a large dining table and swivel cab seats integrated into the lounge, the front living area feels open and welcoming. Large windows and rooflights allow plenty of natural light into the interior, adding to the premium feel throughout the motorhome. The front lounge itself, in theme with the other lounge, also is gifted storage both above and below, making life very practical for those who are using this space to either relax or sleep.

Above the lounge area, the electric drop-down double bed provides additional sleeping accommodation without reducing daytime living space, making the Bessacarr 596 an excellent option for travelling with guests or family members. With a touch of a button, the dropdown bed will lower from the ceiling in second. This bed can be left made up at all times saving your storage cupboard for more important belongings.

At the very front, the driver’s cab offers a refined and enjoyable driving experience. Built on a reliable Fiat Ducato chassis, the Bessacarr range is known for its smooth handling, supportive driving position and excellent long-distance touring capability, making journeys both relaxing and enjoyable. This particular model has benefited from an uprated infotainment system in the cab with a larger screen and more accessories like apple car play.
