Rove! Motorhomes
Rove! Motorhomes is running a May Spring Bank Holiday Giveaway, offering one lucky winner the chance to win two 500W foldable electric bikes. Please read the full terms and conditions before entering.
1. About the Promotion
This giveaway is organised by Rove! Motorhomes (“the Promoter”). This promotion is a standalone marketing activity designed to engage our audience and promote our brand.
2. Eligibility
Participants must:
- Be a UK resident
- Be aged 18 years or over
- Enter via the official Rove! Motorhomes social media post during the promotional period
Employees of Rove! Motorhomes, its branches, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Participants may complete multiple entry actions; however, only one entry per person will be counted, regardless of method used. Duplicate entries will not increase the chances of winning.
3. How to Enter
Participants may enter the giveaway by completing either of the following methods during the promotional period:
Option 1: Facebook Lead Form Entry
- Complete the official Rove! Motorhomes Facebook lead form
Option 2: Social Media Entry
- Follow the official Rove! Motorhomes social media page
- Like the official giveaway post
- Optional: Tag a friend in the comments (not required for entry)
Optional bonus entry methods (such as sharing to stories) may be included in the promotional post. These are only valid if clearly stated and are not required for entry unless specified.
Each participant may only submit one valid entry in total, even if both entry methods are completed.
Only valid and complete entries will be included in the draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and exclude any that cannot be reasonably validated, including verifying that social media requirements (such as following and liking) have been met.
4. Prize Details
The prize consists of:
- 2 x 500W foldable electric bikes (one black and one white)
One winner will receive both bikes.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize is provided by the Promoter and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party manufacturer or supplier.
Rove! Motorhomes may use the prize and/or winner in promotional material relating to the giveaway.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by negligence.
5. Giveaway Period
- The promotion opens on the date of the original social media post
- Entries close on 25th May at 5:00pm (UK time)
- Entries received after this time will not be included
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiable randomisation process (such as a certified random name generator, spreadsheet randomiser, or audited selection software).
The draw will take place after the closing time on 25th May.
All entries will be checked to ensure they meet the entry requirements before inclusion in the draw.
Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, or ineligible entries (including those generated by bots or automated systems) will be excluded.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform used to enter or via the phone number provided.
The winner must respond within 7 days.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, or is unable to meet the eligibility or collection requirements, a runner-up may be selected.
The Promoter may request proof of eligibility before prize fulfilment.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and eligibility from the winner.
The Promoter will never ask for payment to claim the prize.
8. Prize Collection
The prize must be collected from the Rove! Motorhomes Gunthorpe branch.
Collection must take place within 7 days of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the Promoter.
If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a runner-up.
The winner may be asked to provide a photo with the prize for promotional purposes. Refusal will not affect prize entitlement.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants consent that Rove! Motorhomes may use their name, entry content, and/or likeness (including photographs) for the purposes of announcing the winner and promoting the giveaway.
10. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of this promotion in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR.
Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion and award the prize, after which it will be securely deleted.
Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for prize fulfilment.
Participants may request access to or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Promoter.
11. Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Rove! Motorhomes and not to any social media platform.
12. General Conditions
Rove! Motorhomes reserves the right to:
- Cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary
- Disqualify entries that are incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or inappropriate
- Verify all entries and eligibility
The Promoter’s decision is final.
13. Governing Law
This promotion and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
