Winter Offers Terms and Conditions

1. Coverage

• Covers unexpected mechanical or electrical faults.
• This guarantee covers all electrical and mechanical components of the motorhome/caravan fitted as part of the original specification; satellite systems are not covered under this guarantee.
• Limited to £500 per claim.
• Our liability under this guarantee is limited to a maximum repair or replacement cost of £500 per event.

2. Exclusions

• Wear and tear items (e.g., tyres, brake pads, and batteries).
• Cosmetic or non-essential repairs.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
• Any issues arising from general wear and tear will not be covered by this guarantee.
• Motorhomes/Caravans used for any trade or business purpose including but not limited to ‘hire and reward’ will not be covered by this guarantee.
• Motorhomes/Caravans used as a permanent or semi-permanent dwelling will not be covered by this guarantee.
• Damage to the motorhome/caravan will not be covered under this guarantee where the failed component/item has been used following the initial failure.
• Damage to the motorhome/caravan will not be covered under this guarantee, that arises directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, due to any misuse, act or omission which is wilful, unlawful or negligent on your part.
• This guarantee does not cover you for any out-of-pocket expenses, loss of earnings or any other loss caused directly or indirectly as a result of a claim.

3. Repair Process

• Repairs under this guarantee must be carried out by rove! at one of our service locations.
• Customers are responsible for delivering the motorhome to our premises for inspection and repair.
• Transportation or recovery costs are not covered under the guarantee.
• The motorhome/caravan must be returned to your supplying dealer by you for any repair or replacement work.

Rove! Motorhomes – 8.9% APR Evolution Finance Offer Terms and Conditions

• The winter finance offer is available on eligible motorhomes purchased from Rove! Motorhomes until 31st December 2026.
• The promotional finance rate of 8.9% APR is subject to eligibility, status and approval by the finance provider and the lender’s terms and conditions.
• Finance is subject to credit checks and affordability assessments. Approval is not guaranteed, and the lender reserves the right to decline any application.
• The promotional rate is available only on qualifying finance agreements and is subject to the finance provider’s lending criteria.
• The promotional finance rate of 8.9% APR is available until 31st December 2026. After this date, the standard advertised finance rate of 9.9% APR will apply to eligible finance agreements, subject to lender approval, eligibility and the lender’s terms and conditions.
• Rove! Motorhomes acts as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is provided by a third-party lender, subject to their terms and conditions.
• The offer cannot be guaranteed until a finance application has been assessed and approved by the lender.
• Rove! Motorhomes reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer, subject to applicable terms and regulatory requirements.
• All finance agreements are subject to the lender’s full terms and conditions.
