Twin 640 SLB

The 2023 Adria Twin Supreme 640 SLB is a premium, long-wheelbase campervan designed for couples or solo travellers wanting a refined touring experience without stepping up into a full-sized motorhome. Built on the Fiat Ducato platform, the 640 SLB combines modern European styling with practical long-distance touring capability, offering fixed single beds, a spacious lounge, and one of the smartest washroom designs in the van conversion market.

At 6.36 metres long, the Twin Supreme sits in the larger campervan category, but thanks to the Ducato chassis and compact width, it still drives comfortably on UK roads and campsites. The “Supreme” trim level brings a noticeably more upmarket feel than many rivals, with Adria’s signature panoramic roof window flooding the cabin with natural light and creating an airy, open atmosphere inside.

Interior & Layout

The standout feature of the 640 SLB is its rear twin single bed layout. The fixed longitudinal beds provide excellent comfort and easy night-time access without climbing over your partner. There’s also the option to create a large double bed using the centre infill cushion. Beneath the beds is a generous rear storage garage capable of carrying bikes, outdoor equipment, or extended touring gear.

The central kitchen is compact but very usable, featuring:

Opposite the kitchen is Adria’s well-known swing-wall washroom design, which transforms from toilet room to shower space in seconds, maximising practicality without consuming too much floor area.

Up front, the swivel cab seats combine with the travel bench and dining table to create a comfortable four-person lounge area. The panoramic Sky Roof is one of the van’s biggest selling points, making the interior feel significantly larger than many competing panel van conversions.

Driving & Performance

The 2023 model is powered by the Fiat Ducato 2.2-litre diesel engine, paired with an automatic transmission. Despite its size, the Twin Supreme drives more like a large van than a motorhome. Visibility is excellent, motorway cruising is effortless, and the longer body provides added stability on longer journeys.
